How to Fill Passport Application form Online

Follow the step by step procedure to fill Passport application from online.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Passport seva portal at passportindia.gov.in
Step 2: First register yourself. At the time of registration provide valid email address and valid phone number.

• If you are already registered then directly logon in to the passport seva portal.

Step 3: Now click the category as ‘Apply for Fresh Passport / Reissue of Passport’ on the left site of the page.

• Now click on the link “click here to fill the application form online” which is highlighted in the alternative 2 section.

Step 4: Now enter your passport type Information

• If you are applying for first time select ‘Fresh Passport’
• Now select Type of the application Normal or Tatkal. If there is no urgency is it better to apply Normal
• Now select type of Passport Booklet. Select 36 pages or 60 pages its ur wish.
• If you are applying passport for miners here must select validity option which appears in bellow.
• Now click on Next

Step 5: Enter the required details which are given. Candidates are careful while filling the details.

• Enter your name and date of birth as per the 10^th class marks list.
• After filling the details once verify and then save it and click on next

Step 6: Now Enter your Family Details.

• Click on save my details
• Now click on Next button

Step 7: Enter the Present address details.

• Fill the Address as per your Aadhar card or Ration card.
• Your passport will be delivered to this address only.
• Enter valid Phone number and email id also.
• Now click on Next

Step 8: Here enter the Emergency Contact details and click on Next
Step 9: Enter the address of your neighbors for reference purpose in your area. Then select next.
Step 10: If you are applying for new passport then select ‘NO’ and click on next.
Step 11: In this section select the Options corresponding to other details and then click on next.
Step 12: Now select the ‘I Agree’ Check box and then click on the ‘Submit Form’ Button.
Step 13: Select the ‘View Saved / Submitted Applications’ link in the left side bar. Once check your complete information if is there any changes edit it. Then submit it.

How to Schedule Appointment for submitting passport application in PSK

 First you must login to the Passport Seva Portal and then Fill the complete application form and submit it.

• Now click on ‘view saved and submitted Application’ which is appeared in left side services bar.
• Select your Application which is already submitted successfully.
• Now Select ‘Schedule Appointment’ which appears bellow
• Fill the required details like are you want to visit which PSK and Time.
• Now submit it and book your Schedule Appointment for submitting passport application.
• Here your Select the Date and Time for visiting the Passport Seva Kendra.

Visit that particular PSK at that date. At that time keep maintain your Address proofs and Date of Birth certificates and required papers.
Submit the all duplicate copies of your certificates. They verify your Certificates and they will give you one ID for track your Application.
